Steps to the New School Year: How to Turn Preparation into an Energetic Start

A new challenge has already started!

While participants of the «High Five» challenge continue to achieve their goals, we have launched a completely new challenge – especially for teachers of a Kazakh school. Introducing: «Steps to the New School Year»!

Movement is not about sport, it’s about the brain

August is the time to prepare for the new school year. Programs have been studied, teaching materials are ready, schedules have been drawn up. But what if we add one more element that will make the start truly energetic?

We met with the teaching staff and told them how ordinary walking can turn into an exciting game with prizes. The proposal was simple: a special challenge for the last week of August – just 8,000 steps a day. A simple goal that will help get into the working rhythm and recharge with energy before the most important start of the year.

What do participants get?

— Energy and mental clarity at the beginning of the school year – imagine how your productivity will change when your brain receives enough oxygen and endorphins.
— Good sleep and less stress before the start – regular walking naturally reduces cortisol levels and improves the quality of rest.
— Team spirit – moving toward the goal together – when the whole team moves in the same direction, the energy doubles, and the support of colleagues provides additional motivation.
— Prizes from the company and ChallengeMe for the most active – because every achievement deserves recognition!

How does it work in practice?

— One week, 8,000 steps a day – just seven days that can change your approach to work and life.
— The way to and from work – already half the norm. Try getting off one stop earlier or walking part of the way. This time can be used to think over your plans for the day.
— Breaks – a great reason to take a walk and reboot your brain. Between lessons, during lunch break – every step helps to restore concentration.
— Evening walk = new ideas for plans for the year. Surprisingly, the best teaching solutions often come precisely while walking.

Bonus for the most persistent

Those who complete all 7 days of the challenge will receive not only a gift from the school and a prize from ChallengeMe but also something more valuable – the developed skill of solving tasks on the go. Literally.

Imagine this moment

September. The first bell rings. A teacher enters the classroom who not only rested during the summer but deliberately trained for the new school year. Energy, clarity of thought, readiness for new challenges – even students can feel it.

Energy that changes everything

We are looking forward to the results and the incredible energy this challenge will bring to the entire school community. Because when teachers are charged and motivated, everyone feels it – from the principal to the first-grader.

Your new school year starts right now. With every step.

ChallengeMe turns ordinary days into little victories. Because every challenge is a chance to become the best version of yourself.
